The Royal Veterinary College (RVC) is the largest and longest-established vet school in the English-speaking world and is a College of the University of London. The College offers education programs in veterinary medicine, veterinary nursing, and biological sciences. The college produces world-class research directed at human and animal health and welfare and provides support for the veterinary profession through its referral hospitals.

SAFOSO and the RVC maintain a continuing active collaboration in research around One Health, food systems, and specifically the development of risk-based meat inspection scenarios and risks of antimicrobial usage in food production. We also collaborate in European Union funded research consortia and European networks, as well as conducting joint PhD and Master’s degree projects.
